On web browsers, don't apply dark themes to web pages

When you load http://google.com/firefox (for example) with a dark theme, most of the page appears dark, but the font used in the google search bar is black, so we cannot see anything when we type.

It might be useful not to apply themes to web pages, and if a background color is not defined, use white as a default.
