This idea comes from GNOME-do/Docky ' Intellihide' Hiding type ,
GNOME-do wiki. With intellihide enabled, any window in the active window group overlaps the Plasma panel and panel hides itself -- that is, panel is only hidden when it needs to be by the active window. It is useful for 14' laptop and netbook.
