I would suggest you to make a system of "selecting the next track after the one which is currently playing".
For example - I have 10 tracks. Now I am playing the track number 4, and the type of handling the playlist is set to "Random". It shows me that the next track is going to be the track number 8. But I would like to override it and set the next one the track number 6 (for example Ctrl-clicking on it, or Right-click and select smth in the context menu). So I Ctrl-click on it and after the current one (the number 4) is finished the player continues not with the 8-th one, but with the selected 6-th one.

If I understood you right, that feature is already implemented.

While amarok is playing some song right click on any other song in the play list and choose Queue Track.

You can repeat that process to queue another track after previously queued has finished playing and so on.

Oh sorry, yes, in fact it is implemented... I just never thought that the russian translation of it is so... Ununderstable - it says "add to playlist"... Close it or delete it please!

I've already marked it as 'duplicate' after Mirza's response. That is as /closed/ as it gets :)
