I think there should be a checkbox to disable all systems and notifications sounds in the kde control center.

Do it asap good devs xD

Second, what is wrong with the "no audio output" option?

This is already there. System settings -> Application and System Notifications -> Player settings -> No audio output.

I was about to post exactly the same request when I found this post.
I agree with asdfchanta's request, which is different from the no-sounds option:
I only want two or three notifications, and everytime I install my kde system, I have to uncheck everything exepct the ones I want.
