The layout of the applications in Kickoff are very confusing and hard to follow. They are currently sorted by the description, not application name. For example, if I was looking for "Firefox" I would normally go into Applications, then Internet and then look for it alphabetically under "F" for Firefox. Instead, I have to look for it under "W" for "Web Browser". This is VERY hard to follow.

I think there should be an option to switch the emphasis to the application name in the Kickoff applications menu, instead of description. There is an option for this in the classic menu, but NOT the Kickoff menu style.

To better explain what I mean, this is the layout of the icons in Kickoff now:

Web Browser
Firefox

We should have an option to switch it to an emphasis on the program name, like this:

Firefox
Web Browser

This is indeed the most annoying thing in Kickoff. I prefer it over the classical menu, but I rarely use it just for this reason. (Yay for Krunner!)

This is an option for 4.5
