I think the kick off menu should also allow to search files...it can use a daemon to keep indexing...
When we type a text for example: "Brainstrom" then if should the all result's shown now with the results for file search of brainstrom along with it..... |

The Daemon would be Strigi, which is part of Nepomuk, KDE's implementation of the Semantic desktop. Strigi pre indexes content to allow for rapid searching.

Assuming you have it enabled, it will work in KRunner. I am not sure about Kickoff, but Lancelot uses KRunner for searching ( not sure about Kickoff, I use the Classic Menu )

Correct. Make sure that Strigi indexing is enabled in System Settings.

It appears that Strigi is having problems on your system. Please make sure that the Sesame2 backend ( if available ) is installed, and that all packages are up to date. Also try removing $(kde4-config --localprefix)/share/apps/nepomuk/ assuming you don't mind losing your tags.
Once Strigi is functioning, it will take a small amount of time ( depends on your files, could be as little as 10 minutes )
