Plasma Development Enviroment

I think there is a need to development environment to make the plasma widgets, scripting could be the bash script or normal BASIC Codes which will allow lot of people to work on making plasma widgets.
Hopes this get's implemented in KDE...

The devs are working on something called PlasMate, it's probably what you're looking for.
