[Dolphin] minimal image management

Sun Mar 29, 2009 4:04 pm
When an user checks its own image folders with Dolphin,
it's easy to found wrong (not rotated or too dark/light) items.

Clicking on each wrong image and use a different program
to rotate each wrong image is easy but quite annoing,
it would be nice to have somewhere a command (an icon bar?)
allowing these jobs directly from Dolphin

This idea comes from an italian Mandriva forum,
we are collecting user experiences and idea,
then we pre-discuss them and the best proposal are finally posted here.

Check out Kim. It is a servicemenu for KDE4 that does this and much more.

I'd recommend you to use Gwenview for browsing pictures.
