+ button for selecting groups like files

In dolphin, individual file icons have a + buttons that you can click on to add that file to the list of currently-selected files when you are using one-click mode. However, if you are using group mode and you want to select multiple groups, or a group after selecting individual files, you still have to use the "ctrl" button. I think group headers should also have the + button so that they can be selected and deselected without using the keyboard just like files are.
