it could be very helpful to me if you could add a KIO slave (KPart) that builds a virtual folder in dolphin (and konqueror) that display the result of a locate search.
(similar functionality is implemented into krusader)

I know this in the works, but will not become mainstream until nepomuk is fast enough for everyday use.
