Emoticons available in systemsettings for KDE4.

I say, these forum emoticons look really nice yet what we have as default for "KDE4" in systemsettings for emoticons really just don't cut it. I propose we replace it with these forums ones. It also keeps it nice and standard.

I made my own icon pack and this can now be downloaded from GHNS.
