Better control energy saving monitor (remove ambiguity)

In KDE there are two sections for set the control energy saving monitor. One is located in
General section -> System administration -> Display
and another one is locate in
Advanced -> power management -> Profiles
(for each profile there is the possibility to changing the energy management)
This way of handling is not clear and creates ambiguity.
I believe that the two sections should be unified.

I think is appropriate to provide the default settings (these can be changed by user) that will be considered when the profiles are disabled.

The Energy KCM (Display->Power Management) was removed already from KDE4.4 code. People should now use Advanced->Power Management.
