remove file alteration notification in desktop folderview

When you do a file operation in folderview (ie. the normal desktop, right click desktop->folderview setting->appearence->type: folderview) you will see a figure rotating in the middle of the desktop (it is very hard or maybe even impossible to capture it), this notification should be disabled because it gives the impression of sluggishness; just do the operation even though it might not be instantaneous, it will seem instantaneous.

Actually you can see it when you do any kind of file operation (create, move etc.) It should be removed completely imho, not only for delete/move to trash but those are the worst for making the desktop look sluggish

Maybe you should change the title of your idea.
I guess it should be change to something like:
"change file alteration (eg.: move, edit, delete) in FolderView desktop mode".
