redesign the kde notification

This is done in Kubuntu under the Ayatana project, and basically put I hate it. Contrary to what the Ayatana guys want, I do feel pressured to look at the notification, since if I don't it disappears and I have no way of getting it back. I do also want to be able to see the notification and interact with it, depending on what it's showing me (Cancelling suspending is impossible with Ayatana, and with Ayatana the incoming message notification and where you click to actually activate the chat window feel completely separate, even though they are linked to the same thing).

redesign the kde notification

OK, this idea is done. I knew that even before I approved it. I just wanted to see what the response will be.
The problem is, that this is done by third party (not KDE, but Kubuntu dev team), but still most distros have ayatana in repos, so those that wish to have that can install it.
I'll leave this idea here for a bit longer, if maybe there would be a comment by some dev, if ayatana could become a optional part of KDE, but I don't think it's going to happen.

Moving this idea to "done" - soon
