Get rid of the panels title in dolphin

i don't think it is necessary to name the panels like "places" "terminal" "information" you already see that there is "information" in the panel so all this title offers is redundant information..

so my idea is to remove the titles from the panels for a cleaner UI

Panels are locked by default since 4.7 thus hiding the title bar completely.
