Currently "Workspace Theme" setting comes under "Style"

It is very difficult to locate and many times we miss it.

I propose it should get independent identity by having separate section called "Workspace" in "Appearance" - like Style, Colour, Icons etc.

I also propose to shift "Desktop Theme Details" under this new section "Workspace"

This has been done in KDE SC 4.5 beta.

So this can be marked as done.
