I go to check the news on KDE.org every so often, and as I'm reading, the whole page slides down. My mouse hit the menu! This is nothing huge, but slightly annoying.

I propose that instead of the menu sliding down upon just rolling over the topics at the top that it doesn't slide down until you click one of the topics (such as Community, Workspaces, Applications, and so on).

I love the new website, but this feature of it is done on no other existing website, and understandably so.
