This is how in my opinion KCMs should be pleaced. Take a look at that file, and tell me what do you think.

There is already a thread for proposed systemsettings reorganization, please post this there:
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=50504 However, systemsettings has already been reorganized for 4.5, so you should at least see what it is like now.
