Problems accessing the forum main page

If I go to
I obtain the following message:
Nothing happens. Following the "here" I obtain a 404 error:
The requested URL /&incap_redirect=2 was not found on this server.
The problem started some days ago.

I can not replicate using multiple browsers
what browser and version? have you tried using an alternative? have you cleared you browser cache?
OpenSuse Leap 42.1 x64, Plasma 5.x

I tested with konqueror, rekonq, firefox and qupzilla and all gave me the same problem... up to this morning: now I tried again and it is working!!! Oh well...
