I am never notified of an answer on a forum topic on my e-mail address.
Of course "Notify me when a reply is posted" is checked.

What happens?

The email server logs of the server hosting the forum indicate you should have recieved two emails today. Can you check your spam folder please?

I did not receive anything. I've checked in the spam folder.
Weird, if you didn't receive some notification from my e-mail server, I didn't receive anything, where did they go?

Could it be a SPF (Sender Policy Framework) issue?

The KDE.org domain does not specify a SPF policy, although we do have a DKIM key (in testing mode only).
Are you able to recieve emails from other websites under the KDE.org umbrella, such as Bugzilla, Identity or mailing lists?

I receive e-mails for https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=300393, for instance.

My only guess is that Google is silently dropping the email for one reason or another. It is extremely unlikely we'll be able to get any information from them on why this may be occurring or where your email is ending up unfortunately.

Just to be sure - email address you are checking and the address the forum has on file for you match right?

The address seems to be right. Don't know what Google does. I've been writing to them in the past, but there is no answer yet.

Okay, best of luck with getting them to investigate the issue.
There is not much we can do unfortunately - you could try subscribing to forum notifications via Jabber as a workaround (which all good Jabber implementations will hold for you while you are offline and deliver to you when you go online again)

The address will be "forum-admin@kde.org" both in the SMTP conversation and the email header.

As it is sent directly, it will not be carrying a kde.org DKIM signature, and the IPv6 entry will reverse resolve to cl-1072.lon-02.gb.sixxs.net. The IPv4 entry will reverse resolve to cano.kde.org.
