502 Bad Gateway

Sometimes when I try to access forum.kde.org, I get a 502 Bad Gateway. This is persistent, ie. it is not gone with a simple reload. So I try again after 5 minutes and sometimes its gone then or I even have to wait longer.
Am I'm the only one experiencing this? |

I've observed this as well before. It isn't Incapsula, but rather an issue with nginx/php on the server which hosts the forum. For some reason they forget how to talk to each other. Unfortunately I haven't been able to identify the source of the issue yet.
