Merge 'old' account with new account

it's been awhile since i have logged on to KDE Community Forums. I have an old account under the user name Snowhog. I had to register with KDE Identity today, user name ploughman. Is it possible to merge my old account with my new one?

As you'll have duplicate Identity accounts, could you please send an email to sysadmin@kde.org mentioning the usernames in question as well as the forum accounts attached to them so we can take care of this?
