Update favicon to new plasma favicon

This website currently has the launcher icon of KDE4. It looks old. Would be great if new plasma icon is taken.

All our websites currently have it, and that is very OK for the moment, as Plasma 5 is not in productive use on any distribution anyway, and most users still use the previous releases.
FWIW: a redesign of the various KDE websites is work in progress.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
