KGpg not in system tray

I install KGpg through the Ubuntu software centre with ease. After closing, it now won't open in the system tray.

The system tray usually hides some entries, so do you have expanded it (the small arrow)?

Thunderbird email than save it to KOrganizer and all appointments would transfer. Now they don't. Can you tell me how to make this happen agian? My email is????
