Default KDE Settings in RHEL 6.6

HI All,
We 10 RHEL 6.6 Machines & we want to make sure that every user on those machines gets the Customized KDE settings that we have done. I tried by copying all the customization settings to /opt/KDE/share/config & updated the KDEDIRS variable. But its not working   .Need your help how we can do it. Its very critical for us.
