Coming from www.krita.org to the Krita forums one is sent to this link: viewforum.php?f=136

However after clicking on one of the subforums, there is no link to return to the index of forums previously linked. There is only the "Board Index," which shows displays a list of all KDE products. Similarly, if you view a thread inside one of those forums, there is no way to return to the forum, or the forum list. Clicking the back button on your browser is inconvenient if you have posted in a thread, or have browsed through many pages of a thread.

I suggest a link next to "Board Index" that shows the some sort of "back" button. One possibility for this button is to show an entry for the current forum if one is viewing a thread or else showing the forum one level up if one is viewing a forum. Another possibility is to have multiple buttons. A third possibility is to show a simple navigation tree.

Thanks for the suggestion! There is actually a way to navigate up using the footer, see this picture from the .

Personally I can see how it's not obvious at first; whether we change it or not are up to the designers of the forum. To make sure the suggestion doesn't get lost, you could post an issue on http://bugs.kde.org (product: forum.kde.org). Thanks!
