Let's have a subtitle for Kexi, Skrooge, Tellico forums

Hi,
Some other forums have subtitles, these apps in a viewforum.php?f=20 group do not: http://i.imgur.com/7lyhbsQ.png

I propose to set up:

Skrooge:
A personal finances manager

Telico:
A collection manager

Kexi:
A visual database applications creator

I think I don't have rights.
