I just read a thread on KDE-community where Luca was discussing some of the needs in the KDE web devel team. I'm aware that we need more people, and more specific knowledge. However, this might not be widely known.

So how about posting some Help Wanted ads? People wander into IRC and mention that they want to help out, every once in awhile, but they often find nobody to chat with. At least if we had some ads, a google search would find them.
