I just want to know how to upload pictures at the Gallery, and Drawing of the month pages.

What size of documents are accepted?
Do i copy the image from my drawings folder in my desktop, and then paste it to....?
jpeg? png?

Dont worry to be very specific with me, step by step, it work better for me, I like to follow instructions.
