PHP error on User Control Panel

I'm getting this error while trying to edit my profile:

I mean that I see that error on the top of the page when I open it to edit my profile (ucp.php?i=profile&mode=profile_info). The OS dropdown isn't filled in.

Firefox 47 on KDE Neon 5.7.
