what is the best way to turn an image that has been drawn by hand or is on a flyer or any image into a vector image?
what is the best way to turn an image that has been drawn by hand or is on a flyer or any image into a high resolution image that is large enough to be able to scale up or down for different dimensions on a website without loosing quality? What size, dimensions, and resolution should such an image be? and etc? |
