I find it strange that I need to provide my username in order to reset password, isn't email address enough?

Use KeePassX next time to store your password

Hi, I'm Ivan, a competent computer user (which means geek to most). I run KDE neon Developer when it works and KDE neon User when Developer doesn't work.

Reason why that happened is because you give them your name and then they give you options that include concoction of ur names for login username, after which you give the username which is the display name. I'd rather delete my account and pwn the system for proper username.
