Negative color picker!? What's happening!?

There's an issue with my color picker when selecting colors. When I'm selecting a color to use, the popup shows a "negative filter" color instead of the actual color itself. I last remember editing my brush settings before this happened, and now all of my brushes have this problem! What do I do?
