It's just as I described in the title. When I open a new file, or any canvas my action menu disappears as if my laptop is zooming into the krita application leaving me unable to edit, or filter anything. I've tried restarting my computer, uninstalling then re-installing three other versions of Krita and I'm getting no where. I had this problem before, and somehow it fixed itself. Please get back to me!

I'd suggest you ask this over in the Krita subforums which is very active with Krita users and developers.
