KDE Neon missing from list of tools for questions

I want to ask a tech question about Bluetooth timing out on the Neon 5.18 Distro, but that doesn't appear in the list after selecting "New Topic".
How do I ask tech questions on the Distro? Thanks, Paul |

From the board index, go to the KDE neon sub-forum (visible under KDE Software), then click on the new Topic button.
it may help to also look for info related to Ubuntu/Kubuntu 18.04 on this sort of topic, as Neon is using the same OS underneath, particularly in terms of hardware issues.
