Good morning I want to report that for two days now search in the forum isn't working. If you guys are working on this do you have a ETA on when it might be fixed? THanks

This happens every now and then, caused by server load. Just try a bit later, it usually solves within 30 minutes at most.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

Lets try that again. This has been going on for over a week now. So no it is not the amount of users. There is something wrong with the forum. Please make sure those that maintain the software for the forum that there is a issue. EDIT: Just tested and for now the search seems to be working again, but the maintainers still need to look into it. |

They know about, but apparently it is due to the current implementation of that forum, apparently not much we can do about.

ok that's much better blaming the software insted of the amount of users, cause we both know this forum does not see the amount of traffic that would bring it down. Thanks |

Please provide the precise search terms you are trying to use - Forum search should be working normally.
Preferrably, if you could provide a link to the search.php page that is giving you the search failure notice then that would be most helpful.

There wasn't any thing in particular was looking for. It was when I clicked see new post or clicked to see my post I was told I could not search at this time. Like I said all is good now, but it was the beater part of a week that the problem existed not 30 minutes or less.

Okay, if the issue reappears please post the link to the page which didn't work, along with the time/date it happens.
