I have saved drafts of posts here several times, but I can't see how to resume editing them. I've always just started over.

How do I get back to the draft of the post I saved so I can resume editing it?

You can access your drafts through the User control Panel -> Manage Drafts. Just click on the button at the top right that says "Logged in as..." You can then Edit it with "View/Edit", or Load it to submit the version.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
