egosearch broken?

Sun Apr 03, 2022 10:40 am
Hi!

Since about a week my egosearch does not contain newer postings. From my pov it is stuck at about 2022/03/23, even if I search the forums with author search.

I tried deleting all board cookies and did a relogin, but it keeps stuck. I don't know if this is a bug or just a personal setting, so I wanted to ask here before reporting a bug.

Erm, what is egosearch?

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

Oh right, never actually read the link. It does work for me though, showing the last posts I made

Re: egosearch broken?  Topic is solved

Tue Apr 12, 2022 12:09 pm
I've posted a bug report and got some help. Seems to be some dns-blocking or netfilter which I cannot change. I cannot find a blocked script or so, perhaps one of the javascript-stuff does load from a blocked source. So this is a local problem, and stays unsolved for now.
