It's not redirecting at all, it just displays the page as if it were on forum.kde.org. This means to everyone and every search engine bot that forums.kde.org is also a full website that needs to be indexed and can be linked to. We don't want this.

You will need to change the Apache redirect method to actually send "HTTP 301 Moved Permanently" messages for all forums.kde.org pages instead of "HTTP 200 OK".
