Idea *New subforum in brainstorm section Production ready ideas*

This subform should contain clean, clear, summarized, mature and well voted ideas, that are enough good to be shown to our kind developers :)

In brainstorm are we have plenty of not worth implementing, messed up duplicating ideas, under heavy discussion etc.
Also there are more than 1k threads so it is impossible for devs to keep up with them.

All ideas, that would like to came to Production ready ideas section suppose to meet such or similar requirements:
* Are older than 21 day
* An agreement is reached in discussion
* Has at least 10 votes
* Is clearly rewritten having in mind suggestions in replies
* Proper tagging - Application name, possible difficulty to implement, like Junior Job, Styling, Core modification etc.
* Similar ideas is merged into one. E.g. TheBlackCat has submitted many great ideas for Dolphin. Putting them all as separate would make the same mess as it is now in main brainstorm section. Despite ideas should be merger carefully an logically - by the element the are talking about Good example could be [Dolphin] Side bar improvements, [Dolphin] Address bar improvements etc.

Ideas in Production ready ideas should not contain any comments -the should be merged into main topic, however "old" conversation could be moved to "Submitted" section.

Having such clean Production ready section, we could start promoting ideas over the net, and if we are lucky - find new developers/designers to join KDE teem :)
