Forum to discuss KDE 4.3?

I have some issues with KDE 4.3rc2 that I would like to discuss before submitting a bugreport (I am not so much into developing that I always can differentiate between the different areas of an OS... ;) ).

Is there a forum for it somewhere?

At this time there is no specific forum for KDE 4.3.
