As far as I am able to see, you added the translation for the tags. But there are texts like "{ SEARCHQUERY }".

Apparently, it's just the language file, or some entries missing there. You can start by using the English lang file (language/en/tagcloud.php) and upload here a translated copy of it.

Oh.. just noticed that the translation was already applied.

You gave me a file about quick reply, but there aren't the texts I searched for. And these are texts like { ATTACH_SIGN_QR } and I think they have the same problems like them in the tags file (viewtopic.php?f=9&t=64094&start=50#p125509).
And I think they are translated in the full answer section.

The lang files are not in line with the english files.... we will fix it and then you can get them from git.
