I used to hang around the old amarok forum, and now that it has been moved here, there is a behaviour I would like the new forum to have:
I would like the New posts notification (basically the icon with a star) to appear only if there has been new messages since my last visit. Because now, the notification stays until I have no more unread thread in the (sub)forum. That means that I have to open every single post on a board -even those that don't interest me- in order to have the "No new post" icon. (witch should be "No new post" without "s" imo )
I hope you will get my point...

This is a part of the core behavior of the forum software we used. I believe the behavior is alterable, but we do not plan to modify our core files at this moment, unfortunately (since they cause long term effects).

You can use "mark forums read" otherwise
