At 02:02 UTC every day, the sysadmins backup the forum, which involves temporarily locking the SQL server which contains the forums content. This can persist from anywhere between 5 - 15 minutes at times.

If it happens at other times, please feel free to inform one of the administrators at #kde-forum on Freenode so we can investigate. Thanks.

This one was different due to a disc replacement because of a disk failure. But it should be solved now.
