hi, im new here and i tried to enabled the option to notify when an answer its posted, but i wasnt notified when an answer was posted...
i suppose that the notification is sended to my email... if not, sorry for the post, and in that case, how does the notification works?? |

Notifications can be sent by email or Jabber. Please check your spam box in case the mail landed in there. Otherwise, I can confirm that email notification is working.

Also, make sure you're properly subscribed to the topic/forum. You can see your subscriptions in the User Control Panel.

I don't see any problem on our side regarding the mailing system.
I will suggest that you setup a filter in GMail to not send any mail from *@forum.kde.org to spam and then, try again. GMail often purges spam mails. |
