Dear Admins and Mods,
I suspect there's a bug in register form, where language selection is selected to "American English", the URL changes making the submission button redirects the form back to the terms and agreement form. I think the case also on the Captcha reload button.

The Captcha isssue is not reproducable, but for the language change, that is intended (it's a feature, not a bug ), some countries need other agreements than others, so it is important to jump back and understand this agreement
