can't post to KDialogue

This is necessarily off-topic because - since there is no "New Post" button in KDialogue - I couldn't post my question there.
I need to know how to restore the plasma window and icons. It's very easy to close, but I'm wrecking my desktop trying to guess how to restore it. |

KDialogue is a special forum for posting questions to selected KDE contributors - only moderators can post new topics there. It was launched as an experiment and unfortunately there were problems with publishing the results from the first KDialogue session, but we might revive the project sometime in the future.
As for you question, the correct section would be Plasma subforum. If you're unsure about where to post in the future, you can use the Guided Posting on the index page. Simply click on the blue button that says "NEW POST" and follow the instructions.
