I think it would be a good idea to split the implemented categories into two.
1. Already implemented and will be a part of 4.3 (and increase the version number as necessary) 2. Implemented elsewhere, such as kde-look/apps.org. You may need to compile this yourself or install it from an unsupported source (ppa, personal build-service, whatever). The reason for this is that not everyone knows, or wants to know, how to compile things from source (and the distro in question may be on the conservative end of the spectrum as well). It would help them to know that what they want will be available when the next official major release will be released, alternatively that they have another resource available they can "pester" their distro about (or find an additional repo to use if/when they're that knowledgable of how Linux works).
