[Plasma] [Folder View] Surf menu when in Panel

when placed on the panel folderview switches to compact mode
when you click this compact mode opens a menu give this menu ability to surf (like the minibrowser menu in kde 3). for example make it kickoff style (with the back link on the edge)

There's already QuickAccess for this (as far as i remember, you can navigate the subfolders in it).
It's been stated before that Folder View is a folder viewer, not a file manager. In trunk, you can navigate in Folder View through "popups", but the main content stays the same - no back button etc. Marked as WONTFIX.
