[System Settings / Config dialogs] Expand the window to fit the content

Anyone who used OSX knows that a windows grows or shrinks depending on the content. It does it with a nice animation too. Unfortunately KDE doesn't do this.
Look at the examples below:

Especially the first screenshot shows how bad it can be. In my opinion this would improve usability a lot.

Please raise any objections to this at the bug report so I can query the usability people if you wish to continue this.

It's a shame that KDE devs thinks that way. This isn't about doing things for the user. The problem is that some people don't see the scrollbars and thinks that there's nothing more in that window. If you look at the first screenshot, you will see that the oxygen style makes it hard to see where the content ends.

Implementing this would cause problems for Netbook users, or those with small screens unfortunately, since it could resize larger than their screens.

The second screenshot is a bug, not sure what to do about the first however. Ideally modules wouldn't overfill the dialog, so scrollbars wouldn't be needed.
